Shipping policy

1. SCOPE AND INTENT

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through RevitaEdge.

Free USA shipping on most orders. Any order with an exception will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States (Lower 48 States).

  • Shipping outside this region is not currently guaranteed
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept standard carrier delivery

3. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Total estimated delivery time: 3-9 business days from the date of purchase

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, and carrier.

For larger or freight items, delivery may require scheduling and additional time.


5. SHIPPING METHODS

We use trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for larger items

All orders include tracking information once shipped.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • Link to track your shipment

7. DELIVERY & DAMAGE

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the item and packaging
  • Note visible damage before signing (for freight deliveries)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

If your order is marked delivered but not received:

  • Verify your shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us for assistance

We will investigate and resolve the issue.


9. RETURNS & SHIPPING RELATIONSHIP

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return shipping:

  • Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:

  • Processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected


10. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
