This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RevitaEdge.

Return Window: 30 days
Refund Processing Time: 7 days
Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

All orders are processed online and fulfilled through our manufacturing and logistics partners.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.


3.1 CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery


4. RETURN PROCESS

4.1 INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@revitaedge.com within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and reason for return


4.2 RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • Shipping details (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4.3 SHIPPING THE RETURN

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval

  • Use a trackable shipping method


5. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns.


6. SPECIFIC RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must meet all return conditions

Refunds:

  • Issued to original payment method

  • May include a restocking fee of up to 25%


6.2 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including return shipping)


6.3 PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

If confirmed lost:

  • Replacement or full refund will be provided


7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital products


8. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected


9. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If eligible:

  • Return the item

  • Place a new order


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment

  • Once shipped, orders must follow the return process
